GUARDRISK
Guardrisk Insurance Company Limited has been a valued client of Kwande Kazi HR Solutions since 2017. Over the years, we have completed several successful projects for them, all customized to their unique needs. Our first project was to develop Sales Training Material, followed by creating a Short-Term Insurance Learner Guide for their brokers in early 2018.

Subsequently, in June 2018, we were requested to work on their Training Library and develop a range of Product Guides for brokers and Internal Staff. The Product Guides, PowerPoint Presentations, and Assessments were developed for insurance areas;

Over the years, we developed well over 60 different products or service-related training guides for Guardrisk Brokers and Internal Staff. All of that content is currently hosted on FAIS Exchange, a Plumbline Risk Alignment (Pty) Ltd platform, that ensures easy accessibility for brokers and/or advisers and Guardrisk internal staff.

We continue to take great pride in understanding Guardrisk's unique needs, whilst providing them with custom solutions that exceed their expectations. Ours is to help Guardrisk Insurance achieve its goals and objectives. STANDARD TRUST LIMITED

In February 2024, we proudly partnered with Mohlalefi Engineering Pty Ltd to source top-tier technical talent for their expanding team. As a forward-thinking engineering company, they required specialized skills, and we successfully identified and recruited Quality Controllers and Research and Development Engineers, ensuring their projects stayed on track and met critical deadlines.

ADMED ONLINE
We are proud to state our successful completion of 2 important projects for Admed Gap Cover. Admed is the second biggest Medical Gap Cover Insurer in South Africa. Our team was tasked with Business Process Mapping and Developing Training Content for their Call Centre. We met all the project's requirements and delivered high-quality results within the agreed-upon timeline. Our teams worked closely with the Subject Experts to understand their specific needs and objectives and then used our expertise to create customized solutions that would help them achieve their goals. These were Mapping Of All their call center process and thereafter creating a Training guide. Our team's dedication and attention to detail ensured that Admed Gap Cover received top-notch service and a project that exceeded their expectations.

GIJIMA HEAVY MACHINE
In 2019, Gijima Heavy Machine (GHM), a leading provider of container handling equipment, material handling equipment, and mining equipment, approached Kwande Kazi HR Solutions for Human Resources consultation services. GHM required assistance in several areas, including compliance with HR legislation, regulations, policies, procedures, and systems.

We worked closely with GHM to develop recruitment strategies and procedures that aligned with their specific business goals and objectives. Additionally, we assisted with the registration process with SETA - Services Education Training Authority and provided guidance on job satisfaction initiatives, increasing productivity, and efficiency.
Our team also provided objective perspectives to employees and managers, which helped to foster a positive and productive work environment. Furthermore, we identified skills gaps and developed training and development strategies to address them, ensuring that GHM's workforce was equipped with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.

REXEL
We are proud to announce that Kwande Kazi HR Solutions received Enterprise Development funding from Rexel Office Products South Africa, an international manufacturer and supplier of general office stationery, business machines, and visual communication/presentation products.
This funding provided us with the support we needed to make a significant investment in our business, allowing us to expand and grow our operations. Moreover, the funding also enabled us to graduate to being a supplier by providing BBBEE training for the management team of Rexel. This gave us the opportunity to understand their specific training needs and requirements and deliver customized services to meet them. We take pride in our ability to provide our clients with solutions that are tailored to their unique needs and requirements.
